The project is born following numerous observations. The first one is the separation of two worlds: the world of the disabled people and the world of the non-disabled people. This reality is reinforced by the real lack of links and meetings between the two worlds.
The second one deals with the numerous needs of our society faced with the day-to-day pressures:
- welfare
- relaxation
- activity
- holidays
- escape
Eventually, several needs of the disabled people have been pointed out:
- inclusion
- leisure and activities
- holidays
- shared moments
- work and future view
As a disabled or a non-disabled person, our longings are quite similar. This is the reason why Domaine Nature wants to answer these needs by creating the first living area with leisure activities, holidays and welfare, open to everybody, and more particularly to all kind of disabilities.
Moreover, this social and economic project promotes new jobs creation near Mulhouse, in eastern France (Haut-Rhin) for the able-bodied people and for the disabled one who are affected by unemployment.
The Domaine Nature concept brings together into the same place in Feldkirch and Ungersheim:
- a place for life
- a place for accommodation
- a place for work
- a place for training
- a place for experiences
- a place for leisure
- a place for holidays
In a landscaped space oriented towards nature and concerned about sustainable development, numerous fun and educational activities will be available. For further information, look at the Domaine Nature program
