How to take part in the “Domaine Nature” project?

If you are a company

•Contribute 20% of your obligatory contribution AGEFIPH to “Domaine Nature”. You certainly acknowledge this; the law of July 10, 1987 obliges all companies in the private sector that employs at least 20 employees for more than 3 years, to employ disabled people. This amount corresponds to 6% of its total workforce EFF. If the company does not achieve these objectives, an obligatory contribution is to be done to the AGEFIPH, of which you can decide to whom the 20% goes to, according to your choice. Contact “Domaine Nature” for this simple but very important formality to develop our project.

• Your donations to the value of 5 per thousand of your turnover are deductible up to 60% of the amount. “Domaine Nature” is an association of public utility which works in the region in all transparency. Do not hesitate to use the joint coupon for your donations!

If you are a private individual

• Your donations in favor of “Domaine Nature” are deductible up to 66% of your taxes, within the limit of 20% of your incomes.

•Reduction STF. In donating in favor of organizations of general interest (foundations, companies adapted or of insertion, national agency of research, public or deprived research organizations of general interest and with non lucrative, establishments of higher education or artistic goal…) allows you to obtain a reduction of the STF to a total value of 75% of the donation, within the limit of 50.000 € per annum.

If you are motivated by the project

“Domaine Nature” has already constituted a network of interdependent people convinced by the contribution of this project to the disabled population and more largely to their valid family circle. Some share their valuable competences in the ecological field, of the ESAT/CAT, horse riding skills… Certain companies give to the association various equipment like materials, machines etc. We are obviously open to all interdependent proposals.

The ESAT will also propose a range of services with the companies present on the site or in the surroundings: joinery, green areas, maintenance… They will benefit from high quality service while being able to deduce the cost from their obligatory contribution AGEFIPH. The universe of the disabled can offer assets!
