« Domaine Nature » is a place of social economy but the realism of the project guides our approach and we do not forget the basic rules of the economy.
Its function consists of activities performed by private companies and associations. To make this cohabitation effective, we intend to give a responsible frame to the domain. Thus, we emphasize the complementarities of the models that meet the needs of men and the markets.
These structures of associations, mutual and private are created to meet the identified needs.

Building of positive energy

Because it is a natural environment and is also oriented toward leisure and nature, the concept “Domaine Nature” will be built according to precise technical, ecological and economical specifications on the edge of innovation. This area will be managed efficiently in water: the development of capturing Rainwater, special valves for water-saving, solar hot water. Rational management of electricity, producing intra-site, the introduction of low-energy light bulbs and appliances for class A +. And a rational management of thermal control of buildings with the installations of wood pellet heating, solar heating, Canadian puits ...

A sustainable development, economic, social ans unifier

The Wood Boiler Center will heat the entire space. In addition, “Domaine Nature” will produce through the ESAT its own fuel by the production of peeled and briquettes based on logs of wood and biomass waste with the forest and “energy culture” (the planting of energy crops).

The construtions will be *HQE certified, labelised efficient energy, low consumption (label BBC), thus passive in energy consumption.
The first step would be to optomise insulation by using very performant natural insulates for example wooden, vegetal (hemp, linen) fibres or the wadding of cellulose plants.

The “Domaine Nature” area concept is a showcase and a teaching laboratory. It is an approach to economy and a unified society. *HQE (High Environmental Quality), is the designation for the French Ecological Architechtural approach promised by the members of the association HQE.

The objective of efficient ennergy is to promote the new dynamic low energy consuming constructions and the renovation and development thereof in France, a reference for existing and new constructions

An ecological allie,

Solar energy provided by Solar panels is one way to ensure economic management of long term power and means to make profits through compulsory acquisition by EDF at an affordable price.  The EDF price is 0.30 € c / kWh, in addition to 0.25 € c / kWh if the sensors are integrated into the frame.

In Alsace, the annual output of a solar panel 100 to 200 kWh per m². All the territory receives enough sunlight to use this renewable free resource.
